Great accomplishments are preceded by great vision.  Think of all the great accomplishments of mankind – space travel, antibiotics, the Internet – all of these first began in someone’s mind as a vision.  The vision precedes the accomplishment.

It’s the same for you and me.  Before you can create something great in the physical world, you must first create it in your mind.
