• Micro Learning Session - for the first 8-10 minutes we meet as one community and Michael & I deliver a bite-size learning segment to help you grow & prosper.
• Weekly WAM - next, we break you into peer groups of 3 to 4 to discuss how you are doing with your goals, your execution, what's working, as well as where you might be struggling.
• Send Off - then we come back as a larger group to send you off focused and motivated to Win the Week.
