Confidence is defined as “a belief or self-assurance in your ability to succeed.” When we’re confident, we risk more, try new things, and take them on with a mind set that we will be successful. When people believe in themselves they typically try harder and longer, thereby increasing their chances of success.
Confidence is created through action. You can’t talk your way to confidence. You must take action. In business, athletics, and all other areas of life, confidence is created by the combined actions of preparation and execution.
